Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Center or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item back in its original manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
